Dr. Ina Achmetova
Dr Ina Achmetova is an experienced Consultant Paediatrician, bringing over three decades of extensive international experience in the field. She completed her medical degree in Paediatrics at Grodno State Medicine University in Belarus in 1990.
Since then, Dr Achmetova has continually expanded her knowledge and skills, obtaining several certifications over the years to add to her academic and professional portfolio as a paediatrician in Lithuania for more than 20 years and then as a Consultant Paediatrician with Full specialist registration with a licence to practise in UK since 2012. Her professional journey includes key affiliations, such as being a member of the British Medical Association and a Fellowship member of the Allergy Academy UK and International College of Holistic Medicine. She became a Fellow of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health in 2013.
Dr Ina Achmetova offers comprehensive care, specialising in allergic, pulmonary, and eating and dietary disorders affecting infants and children. Her expertise spans a wide range of paediatric diseases and conditions, including: feeding difficulties, allergy investigation and treatment, food intolerance management, digestive problems, urinary tract infections, ear, nose and throat infections, asthma, allergic rhinitis, eczema, and musculoskeletal disorders.
Her dedication extends to routine health assessments, with a particular focus on developmental evaluations for infants from birth to 12 months and general health check-ups for children aged 1 to 18 years, offering extensive experience in treatment of a wide range of concerns, vaccination advice.
Dr Ina is interested in healthy child nutrition and she completed the course with Diploma of Child Nutrition which includes: Nutrition Requirements for Babies and Children, Vegetarian and Vegan Diets, Food Allergies and Other Issues in Children, Nutrition in the Womb, Nutrition from Newborn to 6 months and Weaning 6-12 months, Toddlers Diet 1-5 years, Nutrition Eating for 6–12-year-olds, Specific Requirements for Adolescent Diet, Picky Eaters, Weight Management in Children.

I took my dad in to be seen by Dr Milen Boykov. After my dad had his check up, Dr Boykov advised he had abscess and needs to go for an operation asap. I took my dad to the local hospital for an operation, the local hospital discharged him without an operation which they shouldent have and said it will get better naturally. I sent the discharge letters to Dr Boykov, he immediately called me back and kindly also sent me an email saying he should of not been discharged and included a note in the email for the hospital staff to see and to get my dad back into surgery. Thanks to Dr Boykov’s assistance and advice my dad managed to get his operation done successfully and is now recovering. The Local hospital even apologised to me saying they should of not discharge him before an operation!
