When you book an appointment with us we will aim to see you promptly, where you will be listened to, understood, and supported. Occasionally, there may be a wait time, but rest assured that you and your family will receive exceptional care. While you wait, you won’t be left unattended.

For those who prioritise sustainability and environmental responsibility, we provide eco-friendly WATER IN A BOX . The cartons are made from sustainably sourced paper and have a lower carbon footprint, with paperboard produced using renewable energy. You can also choose from a selection of refreshments, including Grind coffee in various flavors, organic milk, and fresh fruit 🍏 from local farmers. All of these options are complimentary for our patients.

If you’re worried about parking, the clinic will cover any additional parking fees due to the wait. For our little visitors, we have special surprises to keep them entertained and engaged.
